3. Deposits & Withdrawals

Ok93 currently supports deposits and withdrawals via Mobile Banking, Nagad, and Rocket. All transactions are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT).

• Minimum Deposit: BDT 200.
• Minimum Withdrawal: BDT 500.
• Withdrawal Process: Usually completed within 24 hours, though verification may extend the processing time.
• Withdrawals must be made to a payment method registered in your name.
• Ok93 reserves the right to hold suspicious transactions and may report them to law enforcement authorities if necessary.

• Welcome Bonus: Applicable to new members on their first deposit only. Each member is eligible for this bonus once.

5. Betting Rules

• Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be changed or cancelled unless approved by ok93.
• Ok93 reserves the right to correct or void any bets placed due to technical issues or incorrect odds.
• In live betting, any bets placed after an event has already occurred due to internet delay will be considered void.
• Intentionally exploiting system vulnerabilities to generate abnormal profits will result in account termination.
• In Sports Betting, official results are considered final. In the event of a replay, decisions will be made in accordance with ok93 policy.

9. Dispute Resolution

For any dispute or complaint, please contact ok93's support team first. We aim to resolve all complaints within 48 hours.

• Dispute Deadline: All issues must be reported within 7 days of occurrence.
• Ok93's technical logs and records shall be treated as conclusive evidence.
• If a dispute cannot be resolved through support, ok93 may offer a neutral arbitration process.
